"Pretty much as advertised. Nice and very clean. Small kitchen but this studio had a really nice sized bedroom and attached bathroom. Only downside I can say is that the only view outside is from the corner of the bedroom. And out of 4 large window panes looking out over the corner of one of the pools and farther seeing the ocean…1 of the panes appears to have lost it’s gas seal and is so cloudy it cannot be looked through. "My friends and I had a lovely stay at Michael’s property for my birthday week! It’s quiet, serene, has a private pool which is a great way to cool off after a long day on the beach and its location on a sea turtle lagoon cannot be beat! The property is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive to the airport, nearby grocery stores, a marina, and restaurants. "The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. No tv in living room and has ceiling fan. Spacious place, full kitchen, lovely deck to have morning coffee. Property manager was resposive and accomodating."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was new and well appointed. The pool was awesome. The condo was five minute walk from the Sands resort. Very easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely return."

"Spent 9 nights in early November at The Plaza at Ocean Club West. What an excellent location and stay! The unit is exactly as advertised and reviewed - spacious, clean, very well appointed and extremely comfortable and located within a walk of just about everything. Dealing with host prior to arrival was excellent - perfect and accurate communications to make our arrival seamless. Property manager was excellent - although we didn't need her except to coordinate mid-week cleaning as everything...

"Great communication from the very first moment, super fast with responses to questions. Property is in a fantastic location whether you're looking for a quiet, deserted beach to relax in virtual privacy (Long Bay) or really excellent snorkeling from the water's edge without needing a boat (Grace Bay). Groceries are pricey on the island, but that's to be expected. Unit equipped with nice folding chairs, cooler, and outdoor gas grill, which was clean, well-kept and stocked with plenty of gas....

"The apartment was immaculate. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. Petite in size but worked for us for the 3 nights we were there. I would say you need a rental car (we used Scooter Bob), traveled to many beaches including the one within walking distance, shopped at the IGA and ate locally. I will say our best meal was at Mango Reef. I would recommend this apartment. "

"The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound."

"2 Families shared this home for a week. Absolutely beautiful home, great location to the beach, plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the house. Communication with the Owner and Property Managers was quick and always helpful. We all enjoyed having the refreshing pool to jump in whenever we wanted. Highly recommend this home and location. "
