"The Orchid Shimla is a premier hotel with superior service, dynamic dining, and excellent creature comforts. The staff at Orchid Shimla is very well trained to anticipate and meet your needs. "Great property and a lovely stay. Only comment was location - it was 45 mins - 1 hour drive from Shimla which was not apparent when we booked. "

"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

"I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, always making me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. When I arrived feeling very sick, they upgraded my room and allowing me to check in immediately. Their kindness and care made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for such a thoughtful experience."

"The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing. The only drawback of this resort is the prices of food which is prohibitively high and may be big negative for people visiting this place for long holidays.My sinscere advice to the hotel management would be to rethink the food pricing at the resort to make the stays truly...

"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle."
