The Price includes:
- Utilities: electricity - water - gas for cooking use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Mulino della Quercia is a gracious antique stone and brick mill, which has been recently restored. Situated in the heart of the peaceful, mediaeval countryside of Cetona, this small villa is surrounded by forests, more precisely secular Oaks (quercia) which dominate the property. Internally the property has flooring in “cotto”, wooden ceiling beams, simple, antique furniture which at the same time provide complete comfort. The property is divided into two, a main building and a dependance which distances about 100 meters, where the reserved owners occasionally reside, guaranteeing the complete privacy of its guests. The properties position makes it easy to reach Cetona in only few minutes, whereas the other antique centres in the Senese valley are also within short distances for unforgettable naturalistic day’s out, guests can visit cities such as Siena, Firenze Orvieto, Perugia, Todi, not to mention smaller enchanting Etruscan hamlets.
Interior:
The property is divided onto two floors. From the entrance, there is the dining room, and well equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor area with “cotto” flooring and equipped with table and chairs. From the dining room via an internal spiral staircase, there is a living room which has direct access onto the terrace equipped with TV and a single bed, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The property is immersed in a park which is not fenced and is a mix of small stones, lawn and a notable number of secular Oaks trees. In the external area there is a table with chairs ideal for outdoor meals in the renown “forest of oaks". Right in the woods behind the house, only 10-20 meters away, there is a lovely brook which makes it very romantic and relaxing thanks to the continuous rustling water.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool distances about 10 meters from the property and is surrounded by a well kept lawn and a beautiful oak tree which makes shadow on a part of the solarium area. The rectangular shaped pool measures 4 x 8 meters with a variable depth from 1,10 to 1,80 meters. This area is equipped with sun loungers.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site.
