The perfect entertainer is this Hunter Valley abode. Beautifully renovated, 43 Aberdare Road punches a balance between classic character and personal glamour. From the charming weatherboard exterior to snazzy entertaining areas, the property boasts a games room with pool table, reading room, outdoor pool and gas log fireplace.

43 Aberdare Road greets social gatherings, such as golf escapes, Birthday celebrations or wedding guests with groups of 10-12 people who wish to enjoy a break in the Hunter Valley.

The property is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the local pubs and cafes, with Rover Coaches only a hop, skip and a jump away from taking you to the famous Hunter Valley wine country Concerts.

Pack your clubs and your appetite to sample wine, as the property is a 10 minute drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country and golfing hot spots.

Bedroom 4 - 1 King Bed (ensuite and TV)

Don’s Place Details: (separate dwelling to the main house, with kitchen and access to internal garage)
Bedroom 5 - 1 Queen Bed, futon bed (ensuite and TV)

RATES:
Weekend (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) - minimum 2 nights, up to 10 guests is $1000 per night. Extra guests are charged at $65 per person per night.
Midweek - 2 nights, up to 10 guests is $900 per night (Mon-Tue, Tue-Wed or Wed-Thurs) Extra guests are charged at $65 per person per night.
Infants staying in the cot are free of charge.
Pets are charged at $20 each per stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival and expire 3-6 days after departure.

MIDWEEK BOOKINGS and LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a quote. A discount is offered on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.

NOTES
Please contact the host for one night stays midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available, however this may also attract a surcharge.
Easter, Christmas and New Year stays are charged at the weekend rate.

Breakfast hamper of freshly baked sourdough, fruit juice, homemade jam, coffee & tea are included for you to prepare at your leisure.

Family weekend
Beautiful home lovely to walk in to the heaters on and local produce for breakfast. Loved the house it was perfect for our large family. Only issue was hard to cook as oven door broken and all labels missing on it. That side the house is so well set out and has a beautiful homely feel to it. The pool table was a massive hit. Thank you so much for letting us stay

Family Christmas
The house was lovely and very roomy. We had a good time and really enjoyed the pool. There were a few problems such as the oven temperature and the dishwasher wasn't very efficient. The key to the granny flat kept sticking and I think some of the remotes need new batteries. The double bunk bed was extremely noisy also. These are all problems that can be easily fixed and just wanted to being them to owners attention. Overall a great getaway and handy to a lot of vineyards.

A lovely base
We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding, along with our bridal party and their young families. It was a lovely place to relax and each others company, great for the kids with plenty of activities for the grown ups too. We’d love to come back! A fantastic stay, thanks.

Great place for large group
This is a great place for large group of friends and families, it has a lot of space and features keeping all of us entertained throughout our stay. It is very close to shops and only 15 mins drive to the wineries.

We had a lovely stay at Alisha and Matt's property. The home was so spacious, super clean, and 4 bathrooms on site made our stay really easy. The hosts were lovely and responded quickly to contact. Would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the Hunter Valley.

Would definitely come back here! Perfect location and great house with spacious rooms. Pool table was an awesome plus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. The welcome hamper was a really nice touch. Would recommend!

A couple of issues; * Toilet seat in ensuite to back bedroom very loose and unstable. * Electronic switch to back gates very hard to work. Looks to be broken. * Instructions with dishwasher would have been helpful. We finally worked it out

Spacious house, close to Wineries
Our whole family plus our dogs enjoyed their stay and had a great time. The house is really spacious, plenty of parking space at the back of the house. The kids love the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table. It’s also great that it has a few bathrooms. Would book again next time!

Great place to share with friends and family
We spent four fabulous days on this beautiful property. In total, we were 10 people (children – teens – adults), and each one found that this property was the perfect fit. It has different areas to enjoy such as pool table/tv room, living room, pool, terrace…It boasts well-sized bedrooms. Communication with owners has been fantastic. We do recommend this property and will visit again in the future.

What a house! It’s just so much bigger and lovelier than we ever imagined. So much space, gorgeously decorated and has literally everything you could possibly want and need during our stay. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. The owner was wonderful, and helped with our every need. The accommodation was just brilliant in every way, and everything you need was well thought out and available. So much space, well looked after and with all the modern touches. Excellent accommodation
We had a weekend at this property and wish we had been able to stay longer! The property has so many wonderful features including a BBQ/bar area in the back, a great pool with a billiards room attached, a gorgeous bath, and multiple ensuites making this a very comfortable stay for large groups. We will definitely visit again
