The apartment is located on the first floor in a villa along via Stradone, 6 km from the sea.
It has heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace and garden and two parking spaces.

The elegant living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, allows you to relax in total tranquility, thanks to the presence of curtains and borders in the ceiling, which create a unique atmosphere.
The master bedroom is very spacious, has a huge wardrobe with a mirror, chest of drawers, night lamps combined with the chandelier.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and a desk, with good lighting and an electrical outlet. On request it is possible to add a cot.
The bathroom, equipped with all sanitary fixtures and towels and a hairdryer, has a very spacious shower cubicle and is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, crockery, glasses and pots and typical cookbooks that can be consulted. In the center is the wooden dining table for 5. On request we can add a high chair for the little ones.
Outside there is a garden, equipped with a gazebo, a sun lounger, a sauna, a room temperature whirlpool tub and a barbecue where you can spend wonderful days in total serenity.
In the area there are the main services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The road is very wide and allows you to quickly reach the main infrastructures (motorways or construction sites) and is just a few kilometers from the seaside resort of Cesenatico and from Cesena.

To remember the famous parties and events that are celebrated every year in the area, such as the Notte Rosa, the Nove Colli, the Christmas markets and the many festivals throughout the year.
For lovers of trekking and mountain biking, famous areas to visit are the pine forest of Cervia and the first hills 10 km away.
