"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, during all of those nights there were constructions in front of the hotel, really really loud, I never had a good night of sleep, at maximum 3 hours, and that was from 4 am to 7 am, when it seem they stopped. I called the reception but they were unable to change room, always full. It was just impossible to have a night of sleep, if you have problems sleeping..check first if there are constructions send them an email. Not everyone at the front-desk speaks...

"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn.
