"This home worked well for our group. We ended up renting a pontoon boat elsewhere because the one onsite had no bimini top to shade us from the sun, but we thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the dock at the property. Easy access to St. John's River"

"My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with."

"Nice property and great location. We did have issues getting in on arrival. We were not sent the code for the entrance door , so we had to call to get it. The correct code was not given to us , so we had to call again. The dock was under water and not usable. That should have been communicated ahead of our stay."
