"家族で4日間滞在しました。 ヴィラタイプの部屋に宿泊しましたが、担当のスタッフの方が付いてくれて、24時間体制でサポートしていただけました。LINEの翻訳機能を、使ってコミュニケーションを取るので、言語に不安がある方でも全く問題ありません。返信も早く、どんなリクエストにも応えていただいた印象です。 環境については、非常に快適でした。 毎日スパでマッサージを受けることができ、プライベートプールも付いています。ご飯も非常に美味しく、比較的価格もリーズナブルですので、コスパ的にも大満足です。 また、ホイアンまでシャトルバスが無料で出ているので、ホイアンへ観光も楽しめます。 注意する点は、部屋のトイレではトイレットペーパーを流さないので、日本人は注意です。 シティセンターからはやや離れていますが、ホテルのタクシーで配車すれば快適です。 ホテル内での施設やアクティビティが充実しているので、ホカンスなどゆっくり滞在したい方や、家族連れの方には非常におすすめです。"

"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"Beautiful resort! Helpful staff. Beautiful beaches. Next to an amusement park, but not noticeable once you are on the resort. Complicated long process to get from mainland to room. Lots of stops and waits. Very relaxing once to the resort. Wouldn’t go for less than 2 days…"

"It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel."
