"The entire Hotel structure is amazing, from Bedrooms to facilities, hotel is inside a complex with several restaurants, shopping mall and convention center. Staff is always ready to serve. Really liked one amenity: they offer guests a "comfort room" to have a shower of you arrive too early before check in, or if you check out and will fly late, you can use this room to freshen up before you go, considering the HEAT of the town, that is a great add on."

"本当にとても素敵なホテルに泊まることができました。母娘の2人旅でした。 エントランスは圧巻。みなさん写真を撮っていました。 日本語は通じませんが、Japaneseだというと日本語で挨拶をしてくれたり、チェックインで英語が聞き取れないところがあったら紙に書いてくださいました。 朝食も豪華！！色んな料理があり、毎朝楽しみでした。 案内してくれたスタッフさんは皆、親切でした。 部屋のシャワーの水圧が弱いのが唯一の難点でした。 部屋も清潔でお掃除も毎日綺麗にしてくださいました。また泊まりたい素敵なホテルでした。"

"The property is great. Just seems that some of the guests are less than ideal. Noise seems to travel and people are not so considerate any more. Playing music, kids in the “quite” pool making a racket at 7.30am. Noise would be the only concern. "
