"Location of property is amazing with a very short walk (2 mins) walk into town. The lounge and kitchen area were amazing with everything anyone would need and the wood fire was just sensational with ample amount of wood provided by the hosts. Bedrooms were comfortable and whilst we didn't use the outdoor areas (too cold), the back deck would be great in the warmer months.Highly recommend the property to anyone."

"Heater was on so the property was a comfortable temperature on arrival (we were thankful as ot was a freezing day). House was clean, renovated bathrooms and kitchen.Across the road from Sovereign Hill."

"The group of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for our long weekend stay at this property. Plenty of extra bedding to help us deal with the Ballarat weather. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and basic pantry items. Ned the host was fantastic with his communication in the lead up to our stay."

"Communication from owner was great and very comprehensive and timely with regards to how to access property. Properly was lovely. Exceptionally neat and clean and nicely furnished. Lovely deck amongst the trees and private deck off each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable as were the couches/chairs. "

"It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including...

"Thanks for providing a very large, spacious home for our multi-generational Easter holiday (me, my husband and our 2 kids; my sister, her husband and their 2 kids; and our mum/nan).Beautiful clean and soft linen and towels. Great games room for kids and adults alike. Loved the long dining table and many cupboards in the kitchen). I made the mistake of leaving a cupboard full of our food and shopping bags (after our stay ended) and the hosts were excellent at communication and even sent our items...
