Fun and Games

Great property, well maintained
We had our yearly anniversary trip to New Hampshire but we have always stayed at hotels. This was our first time renting a property and we were very happy with our stay. The property is well maintained and updated. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room and privacy with a fenced in back yard for our dog. He king in and out was easy and we would recommend staying here especially if you have kids or dogs. Looking to book again for next year. Thanks again!

Perfect homebase for exploring the White Mountains
We came to see fall foliage in NH and were not disappointed! This was the perfect homebase after spending a day driving Kancamagus Highway, then a day in shopping in Conway and taking the train. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area with fireplace was great for our cozy evenings in. We were 2 adults, but the place would have been perfect for a family as well. They had lots of toys for young children. We also brought our pup and he loved running around in the backyard.

Fun house
So much fun inside and out. Loved the screened in porch, gaming area, projection tv, pool and air hockey table, kids toys area, keyboard, speakers, trampoline, and playground. Also close enough to walk to conway lake. We dropped off kayaks and then walked from the house. Small trail nearby too. The teens in our group especially enjoyed it. The air conditioning was awesome. The 3 bedrooms might not work for everyone. The two on the end were open on one wall (noise from downstairs) and had to go through a bedroom to get to the middle one. But we had fans/noise machine and close - sibling, parent, offspring group, so noise and privacy were not an issue for us. We would LOVE to rent again next year :D

Great house to stay at
We were absolutely thrilled when we walked in to this huge chalet! It was so clean and there were plenty of beds. There is a great outdoor space as well with a screened in porch. I would definitely stay here again!!

What a place!
Such a cozy (but totally spacious) place to stay! We were up for a birthday weekend. It was the coldest weekend in New Hampshire in recent history, so we spent a bit more time in the A frame than we expected to. No complaints though! It is deceivingly roomy. Some of us hung out in the back with the projector playing. Some of us up front chilling and using the main tv and space. We could not hear each others tvs which was awesome. The house is thoughtfully stocked from spices to toiletries. Some hosts really skimp there but Andres does not. After a night out at Mae Kelly’s for dinner and drinks, the karaoke machine was a HIT. Really fun touch. Linens plentiful. Beds very comfortable. About 10-15 min drive to North Conway. Very neat and tidy for a place that welcomes dogs. We only have chihuahuas that don’t shed and are house trained, but some rentals that allow dogs are worn out. Not the case here. Andres was super responsive and not intrusive at all. Great host. Great spot. Thank you Andres!

Fun Getaway
A very cute house with plenty of room for family/friends. Great amenities for kids. They loved the outdoor set up as well as the TV projector screen. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The home is very inviting and clean. It has everything you need. Andres was very quick to respond to all messages. The listing says it sleeps 10, however I was charged extra for 4 people by VRBO. Andres was very accommodating and credited my account for the charge. The septic system is very sensitive

Wonderful stay in a cozy home
My family and I went up for a pre-Christmas getaway in the mountains and had a lovely stay at Andres' home. The property was very cozy and well-appointed. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced in backyard and spacious first floor. It was even decorated for Christmas, which made it extra special. Andres was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, responding within a few minutes if I had a question about anything. The location was a close drive to North Conway center and Jackson, where we usually visit as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Place to Stay
I surprises my boyfriend for his birthday with family & friends. Like all the other reviews it had everything you need. The town with plenty of shopping spots and eateries are a short drive away… close to all but far enough to feel like the woods. Beautiful mountain drive only hr to a gorgeous view! I would recommend.

A Perfect Triangle!
The house was exactly as shown, but having never stayed in this style house before, I lacked perspective when looking at the pictures. There are three bedrooms upstairs, at the top of the triangle, though this was shown, somehow I was surprised. Our daughter (4) slept in the middle room as it was the only space with the ability to seclude her enabling early bedtime. This was fine, but with more people could have been an issue. The dogs loved the backyard. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Communication with Andres was quick and helpful. Overall a great experience. THANK YOU!

Great amount of space
We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The amount of space was perfect for my family and pup. My biggest complaint was the yard. There was dog poop, some broken glass and numerous beer bottle caps. Otherwise location to the white mountains and North Conway was great. We had hoped that Lake Conway was a better beach but I should have done a little more research to see what that was about.

Lovely little home
This home looks exactly as it does in the photos, and there were many additional amenities that pleasantly surprised us. Great location with easy access to all area attractions. Andres was a wonderful and hospitable host. He maintained excellent communication before and during our stay, and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this property!
