"Thank you to management and all the staff for their friendliness and assistance. The main buildings of the property are well maintained, clean and presentable. We were upgraded, on arrival, from a Superior Ocean View room to a suite. The suite was. a giant sized beach hut on stilts! Although of timber construction it was somewhat ‘tired’ and there was no wardrobe or drawers to hang/store clothes! The shower room was again ‘tired’ but fairly spacious. "Reservamos um bangalo superior king vista mar e a Sra Teresa ficou em um Bangalô com duas camas conectadas perto da lixeira e fedorento. Qdo reclamou na recepção a funcionária do hotel disse que por ela ter feito a reserva pelo expedia , ela estava no bangalô mais simples e que se tivesse feito direto com o site do hotel , ficaria nos bangalôs melhores! "Fijn hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en doet haar best, mag beter opgeleid worden. Letten bij het ontbijt niet op en snappen niet wat efficiënt werken is. Ontbijt zelf niet smakelijk alles mist smaak. Heel jammer want je krijgt wel een prachtig uitzicht. "
