"O hotel é excelente e oferece tudo que promete. A piscina está em obras mas fui avisado do fato antes da reserva, mas para quê uma piscina se você sai fo hotel e pisa na areia da praia. O apartamento estava muito limpo e sem cheirosa desagradáveis, o estacionamento foi gratuito e seguro, a equipe muito prestativa e a praia, para mim, a melhor de Porto Rico: Isla Verde. "This property was great! Customer service was 10/10. Access to almost everything nearby was less than 10 min. Being as though this property was so close Ubers were only $4-13. Isla verde Beach was a 1 min walk away, you could see the beach from the balcony. Anything as far as request with the property were taken seriously and handled very quickly. I called the desk when I noticed my microwave power was off and they assured me someone would come up to resolve the problem. In less than 5 min...

"This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"This hotel was exactly what I expected. At first I was afraid because the hallways weren’t nice looking so u thought my room wasn’t going to meet my expectations, but I must say the room beautiful completely different from what yonder when you first arrive at the hotel. I had the 2ned 2bath suite with an ocean view and it was clean and well decorated. I felt at home. The only down side to this hotel was the pool was closed. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon. "

"After a year of marriage, my wife and I finally went on a honeymoon. The penthouse was perfect and a fraction of resort fees. It was very comfortable, clean and had the greatest view, plus beach chairs. Shopping for basic needs was easy and in walking distance. After a great day at the beautiful beach which is in walking distance and dinner at Diego’s, we relaxed in comfort, with AC and Netflix. I highly recommend the “penthouse.” And thank you, Wilfredo for being a great host. Bravo! 👏"
