"We absolutely loved staying at Kale's cottage and I have no doubt we will return in the future! I love Paonia and the North Fork Valley and this stay reflected a lot of what I love about the area. It is homey and magical and down to earth. I didn't realize how big the yard is when booking it and that was such a nice surprise! Thank you Kale for hosting us!"

"The property was just as described. It was very easy to get to, clean, and roomy! We stayed for 2 nights. The first night there were 9 of us, and the 2nd night, there were 5. There was plenty of room for everyone! The communication with Scott was great and he was very responsive. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay."

"Our stay was amazing. We loved Vega Lake. We got to do some ice fishing and caught several rainbow trout. We spent the evenings, relaxing in the hot tub and then we enjoyed the nostalgic environment of the cabin. Our host was very attentive and attended to our every need. We will definitely return in the future "

"What a lovely property in Palisade! Kitchen well equipped, We enjoyed evening walks around the property. "

"The barn house was perfect for our family skiing vacation to Powderhorn. The home is well decorated and equipped and the hot tub was wonderful apres skiing! Would recommend this home for those planning on a vacation in the Grand Junction area."

"Did not disappoint! Great time at a great property."

"The house is beautiful, spacious, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms (steam shower and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub! There’s basically two master suites and plenty of other beds too. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking during our stay as well. Also a hot tub outside! Couldn’t have asked for anything better for a weekend of skiing and birthday celebration! 10/10! Would recommend "

"This house is absolutely gorgeous beautiful craftsmanship. Huge home big enough for multi families, plenty of space to move around with a group of 12. Love that they have sleds, snowshoes etc to play in the snow around the property. It was very peaceful and quiet. Would love to come back and see the place during spring/summer!!"

"It was not too far from the town Paonia where my family was at. It was supper relaxing and peaceful! Loved how quick they responded when we had questions! Overall a great experience!"

"Nice small town hotel. Staff was friendly! Had an issue with the heater in one room so we were switched with no problem. Nice to see Deer roaming around the property like they are guests as well. Keep the toilet paper at whole roll!"
