"This place checked all of our boxes and we enjoyed our stay! The club house was a great place for the kids to unwind and stay-up watching movies and playing games, while the adults conversed in peace inside the house. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and we enjoyed kayaking out about. It is located on a busy street and can be a little loud during the day, but it was quiet at night. The house had many amenities such as games, cooking appliances, utensils, spices, pot and pans, etc....

"When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10."

"Very comfortable condo, well equipped, the view from the balcony was amazing, water is underneath the balcony at high tide. Not being able to be on the beach directly in front of condo was not a problem, there is public beach access a short walk north of complex. Sitting on balcony was our favorite part of the trip, comfortable deck chairs and amazing view, we will be back for sure."
