Labor Day weekend
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. The views from the balconies were spectacular. Everything was just as shown and we had everything needed. We would definitely rent again.

Great getaway to Cedar Key
The property was perfect for us. Right on the water. Dolphins chased bait in the morning, Sunsets were spectacular. Very clean, and well appointed. The house is up on piers for hurricane purposes so it does sway at times, but wasn’t a problem. The communication was great, with great directions and easy checkin.

“Don’t let the Old Man In” vacation
Great place! Beautiful home, perfect island get- away! Loved the balconies to watch the sunsets. Deep sea fishing, golfing, kayaking, great restaurants. Will be back!

Great property
Property was great. Clean, nice view, plenty of space for the family. A couple days of rain kept us indoors but the property was well accommodated for us to lounge. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future.

Great familty gathering!
This was a fabulous place to stay! The kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were beautiful and fun. The beds were comfortable. The view was outstanding. The communication with the host was fast and helpful when needed a little help. We want to book for next year!

Quaint getaway
The house was perfect! The kids had their own room, and there was breathtaking views from the balconies! The location was perfect. It helped to rent a golf cart to get around town and avoid the tight parking. The kitchen was fully stocked so there was no need to bring anything except a hairdryer. It would’ve been nice to have a hair dryer, but other than that everything was great!

Highly recommend
The property was perfect! Each couple practically had their own suite. The views from the balconies were breathtaking; sunsets at night and dolphins in the morning. The location was fantastic, you could walk to everything. The home was also well stocked, much better than most and included a welcome basket. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely!
Gorgeous place! Super clean, stocked with everything needed, and more! Perfect location- we saw some amazing sunsets, but could easily walk for food and groceries. It is on stilts with no elevator, which did not bother us (love the extra steps for exercise) but if you have any mobility issues, it could be a challenge, but was perfect for us. All our time was spent on the deck, rocking in the rocking chairs, watching people go by, and enjoying our sunsets with a glass of wine. 10 out of 10! Thanks!

A great family vacation
We were looking for a place to comfortably accommodate our blended family of seven. This place definitely met our needs and provided plenty of space for everyone. Dolphin sightings and beautiful sunset views added to the experience.

Perfect Location/Nice Home
The house was walking distance from the heart of the town. It was well equipped as far as the kitchen, towels, linens, etc. and great views from both balconies. We had a fabulous time! Just a couple of suggestions - a plunger on site would have been great and a mirror in the downstairs master bedroom or dressing area would have been helpful.

Everything you need — and a view!
My family (husband, 2 young kids, mother in law) had a lovely 5-night stay. Well-equipped condo, impeccably clean, stellar location, plenty of parking, just as advertised. But the view takes the cake! I will also mention that we contacted the management office because the bunk beds in the kids room were very shakey! Needed a good tighten up! That afternoon, the owner of the management company himself, JD McCormick, showed up to help! He kindly fixed the beds and was very apologetic. They don’t lie when the say you’ll be satisfied, guaranteed. OF NOTE: -This is a condo on stilts. Be prepared to work those legs — there is lots of stairs! -Be careful in upstairs tub, it is quite slick, may need a bath mat. Get ready to fall in love with Cedar Key!

FABULOUS
This place was amazing. The best on the island. Dolphins, birds and sunset right from the lanai. Everything you need and ample supplies. I bring my own pots and pans and knives but packed them away as they had a cooks dream for supplies. We had breakfast everyday at the cottage and of course ate out at the fabulous restaurants for dinner. Cedar Key rocks and so does the sunsational.

The house was much bigger and more beautiful then what the pictures can show. The view from the balconies is wonderful. It’s the best spot to watch the water and sunsets. There is a lot of room for people and I would recommend this property to anyone.

This home is lovely, clean and well stocked, and the sunset view is spectacular! The McCormick team is very responsive, typically responding to any request or questions we had within minutes. This property ranks among the best we've stayed at in Cedar Key.
