"This property is beautifully quiet and calm. We ate outside on the picnic table and enjoyed watching the birds in the marsh. The sound of the breeze through the grasses and leaves were lovely. The clawfoot bathtub was also great to soak in."

"This is place is a gem! Quiet, off of the beaten trail, & right on the water. Nothing fancy, but then are you on vacation just to stay in a hotel room - No! The bed was comfortable (pillow top mattress) and the people are wonderful! We stopped here on our way to the Outer Banks & extended our stay by 1 night because of hurricane damage to our ultimate destination."

"This was our second visit to Sunset Point. The property is gorgeous and the house is lovely. Watching the sunset at the end of the pasture every night and hearing the soft lowing of the cows every morning was a perfect de stressor. We were able to relax and unwind without any distractions.
