Light, airy bedrooms open directly onto a spacious deck with expansive views of the redwood forest, creek, and swimming hole.

FLEXIBLE: A second bedroom provides flexibility for two guests who do not sleep in the same room. The extra space is also set up to serve as an office for guests who work remotely.

Relaxing Getaway
The home and property were just as described—perfect for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. All information was provided beforehand, and there was consistent, helpful communication throughout our stay. Plenty of food and supply options are within a 20-minute drive. The birdseed was such a cute idea—we loved feeding the little chickadees (who were not afraid of getting close to us!). Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing tranquility
I don’t want to leave five stars for fear that more people will book this place, realize as we did how amazing it is, and then we won’t be able to return as often as we’d like. However, we must leave the appropriate rating and that rating is superb! This place was exactly as advertised. Such a wonderfully tranquil place to unplug and unwind. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I stayed 3 peaceful nights for my birthday. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Both the property mgmt and owner were communicative, accommodating and kind. I don't want to share this place with anyone!
I don't want to have to compete with others to get to stay here. I've visited here for maybe 20 years, on and off. I want to keep it a secret, like a good restaurant. I will say this: ancient trees, silence, a creek that seems still, baby, translucent trout, greedy jays,stones of every shape and size.

I’m almost speechless at the natural beauty of the property. Every last bit of our stay was delightful. An immersive sanctuary of nature and comfort. Birds, fish, the smell of the trees and sound of the creek. The home itself was comfortable at every turn. We wanted for nothing. It’s a giant hug with a view to die for. You are close to a wonderful general store as well as an amazing bakery. 10/10 booking our next stay!

It doesn’t get better than this!
We just finished our 4th stay at the Dreamery. I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Beautiful, serene location that’s close enough to everything yet far enough away from the crowds. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed, inside and out. Soaking in the jacuzzi nestled amongst the redwoods, BBQ’ing dinner with a view of the Creek, enjoying cozy art projects and card games inside after the sun goes down… Everything about this place is perfect. We’ve made so many amazing memories here in our visits over the years- we can’t wait for the next time we get a chance to come back! Check in was smooth. We had everything we needed in the thoughtfully furnished cabin. Communication with the owner was prompt and effective. Any small maintenance issues that came up were quickly addressed. Highly recommend!

Great Hideaway for a relaxing "down" week
The Japanese elements were much appreciated and made my wife nostalgic for the Japan she grew up in as a girl. It is a wonderful place and appreciate all the thought of the elements, decor and beauty of the setting. Some noise down the creek from neighbors kids but attribute that just getting out of school and not a regular thing. Convenient to town and the Jenner Beaches. Overall 5 stars.

Perfect zen getaway
This place is exactly as described, but the pictures don't show you the immense beauty of the property. The sequoias truly are amazing, and they are everywhere! The views from the hot tub are just spectacular. The entire zen vibe is felt throughout the home, and the entire area. We visited wine country, the Armstrong Redwood Reserve, and the pacific coast highway 1. This area is so beautiful, and the scenery changes every 30 minutes! There are so many scenic drives you can take. Inside this home is well equipped, everything was in good working order and it was very clean. The extra touches by the owner add to this wonderful getaway experience! The informative notes and info book by the owner we found very interesting and helpful. Drink the Water! It is clear, and delicious. And if not for the owner's note encouraging us to drink it, we would never have even tried it. They left us a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and candles. So when we arrived much later than expected (flight got cancelled) and well after dark on our anniversary, we had a nice relaxing drink and settled in. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away from it all and just relax among the sequoia trees.

Christmas week at the Dreamery!
We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The weather was a bit chilly so we really enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace! And we were happy to see a couple of Christmas decorations in the living area! It was a short drive to the coast where there had been some major off-shore storms creating tremendous waves! So fun to watch! The back road to Fort Ross was a great drive! We had a major rainstorm one day and the creek rose about three feet - nice to watch! Thanks for a great stay! Carol & Dave Plano, Tx

Most Peaceful Getaway
I have been raving about this stay in Cazadero every day since we left. My partner and I wanted a long weekend away from the hustle of everyday life, and we couldn’t have asked for a better house or a better host. The property is so tranquil but also equipped with everything we needed. I had to use the wi-fi for some conference calls with work, and it was super fast. We honestly spent most of our days out on the deck or sitting near the creek. We absolutely loved our stay and have been looking for dates on when we can come back. Thank you so much for such a great weekend!

Heaven on Earth
What a stunning piece of heaven on earth. Such a sweet cabin with such attention to detail. It was clean, cozy and well stocked. We actually loved listening to the cassette tapes and sitting on the deck watching the birds. So quiet and serene there. The new bathroom was lovely and the gardens were stunning. My husband and I had such a great retreat time together for our anniversary. I highly recommend and hope to come back!

The Dreamery in Cazadero
For our 22nd anniversary there was only one place we wanted to go, this special home in Cazadero where we visited two times in the past. The home is amazing. The spirit of the place brings you to a place of peace and calm. The environment of Austin Creek, complete with old growth redwoods, birds and a group of foxes is more than anyone can expect. Blissful Retreat!
This was our third visit to Andrew's Dreamery. He is the consummate host and an outstanding communicator. The attention to detail both inside and out shines through. The house is perfect! In an ideal location on the creek, and the inside is extremely comfortable. Great bed, updated and roomy bathroom and shower with rain and handheld device and plenty of hot water. Smart TV for streaming as well. We'll be back soon! Andrew is not only a great host, but has quickly become a trusted friend as well.
