"I stayed here with my 2 teens. The location was perfect. We were in San Pedro for 4 nights and never needed a golf cart as everything was a quick easy walk. The bakery right out back was a favourite! The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! My one “issue” was that we never had hot water, the closest we got was cool water. That said, I never complained or brought it up as it was SO HOT we were grateful for the refreshing shower! The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything...

"I’ve been to Belize approximately seven times, this by far as my favorite. The bonus room is a huge plus. The view is incredible. Location is quiet and very convenient to Tres cocos area, and not a far drive from secret Beach, about 20 min. The property manager is awesome and very responsive. We will be staying here again!"

"Hello, the only issue we have is that the outlet in the living room behind the couch is messed up and burnt out our phone charger. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. Above States are dates to stay where the 5th through the 12th but it was actually the 6th through the 13th. "

"Overall we had a great relaxing time in Belize. The location was perfect, easy to get to town and also secret beach. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Manuel was very helpful and attentive when things were needed. Would stay here again."

"Condo was nice, spacious and had some amenities. Couch turned into a bed and was nice. The hammock on porch was extra. Pool was accessible but not too much beach swimming due to seaweed. We had numerous long term power outages of whole building. This is common for the area. Note: a/c never will get to temperature."

"We were supposed to be in San Pedro for five days after a five day stay in Placencia scouting real estate. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Beryl's path we had to vacate and catch a plane off from Ambergris Caye after only two days. The unit was just as described, contained appropriate kitchen appliances and utensil, was clean and everything worked. Because we arrived when Beryl was approaching the onsite Manager Kaitlynn, as well as, the corporate Manager Simon were in regular communication...

"This condo is beautiful and so clean! I would even say spotless. The views are gorgeous and the location is convenient to restaurants and activities. Mariah was very helpful with recommendations and checking to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were so comfortable, we opted to stay in one night. Don’t miss out on Secret Beach and take a boat to Caulker Caye. Great restaurants on the property, delicious drinks and a very convenient grocery store on property. Highly recommend!!"
