"Very nice resort. Very clean and well appointed and equipped rooms. Good pools and pleasant oceanfront, but ocean swimming limited. Surroundings a little rough and main road condition could be better but there was a lot of construction and heavy truck traffic going on."

"Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family. "We were in Belize early February 2025. We had three nights with Brahma Blue and would gladly recommend it. Highlights include beautiful rooms and a WONDERFUL cafe, where Gil makes great meals/drinks. Very easy to get to and forth to Ambergris Caye ( 4 minute boat ride) and a big break from San Pedro. "The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend"

"Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them...

"We are a blended family of 9 and we had an amazing experience at Casa Azul! We utilized both levels which worked out beautifully as everyone had plenty of privacy and quiet space when needed. "We stayed for 2 weeks. The cottage is away from the crowds. It is quiet, just a short walk / bike ride away from restaurants. There are 2 bikes to use. We loved riding the bikes! The cottage is very clean. We recommend staying here. FYI, the food on the island is fantastic "

"The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Everything was clean and ready for us. The condo was in good condition The communication with the owner was great. The property manager was kind. The ac worked well and wasn't loud. It cooled down the condo quickly every time we came back. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was a nice home base to have between our activities during our short stay on the Island. The area was quiet at night and we were able to sleep just fine."

"Very nice hotel. Staff is exceptional and any problems were addressed and taken care of quickly. Room was clean and the daily service was also exceptional. The hotel is located near several restaurants along with a park that has several food vendors. The area is nice and lively on the weekends. The hotel has a lounge, casino and movie theater making this a better than normal destination for tourists. "

WORST STAY IN BELIZE

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. We waited almost half an hour in the sun until a security guard showed up to open the door. The next night (7pm) a guest arrived at the same time my friend and I arrived back at the hotel and what happened? The new guest ended up on the street because there was no one at the reception. Finally, the hotel manager (Franco) was super rude to us, treated me and my friend very badly and even raised his voice to the point of not even letting us use the hotel BATHROOM. Unfortunate, the worst stay of my life"
