"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"The view was amazing. All bedrooms were a great size. The fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved the master bedroom with the ensuite and jetted tub. Location was great great. Just a small drive to just about anywhere. If you book Belle Vue..you will not be disappointed"

"O unique place to stay this property which was a fisherman wharf converted to a cozy home. Ruggedly rustic on the outside however warm ambiance awaits inside. Ample supplies of Soft thick new towels fresh linens lots of pillows will pamper you Amenities of an urban lifestyle in a rural marina setting Clean spacious the owner sure knows the needs of a traveller! A good base to go to StJohn’s Avalon Peninsula, GraceHarbour Owner very helpful and was very easy to communicate with "

"This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with exceptionally beautiful bedrooms with loads of closet space. We were very well located to enjoy all the nearby villages such as Bay Roberts and Harbour Grace. We had exceptional weather which put the icing on the cake on our trip. "This was an awesome choice for a three night stay in the area surrounding St. Johns. We were welcomed with little considerate touches which included a welcome note and some toiletries, which was not expected. It was super comfortable and super quiet...not a soul in sight, which was perfect for us. Chris replied to every message i sent and was a super host. thanks!!!"

"It is a fantastic place, incredible view and a lovely cottage decorated with amazing paintings. We were impressed with the place and the closeness from cities and coves. BEAUTIFUL!"

"North River is stunning! The pictures cannot depict its beauty inside and out! Spacious enough for all 8 of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and pool. We even had an Eagle sitting on our vehicle! The views to the outdoors are beautiful all around! Would definitely stay here again, the next time we visit. "

"This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! "This home was in an ideal location to venture out to various sites. Everything you need for your stay was there. Although the stairway going upstairs was narrow, we were aware from other reviews about it. I am over 6’ tall so the double beds weren’t ideal but we still slept well. I was already aware of the double beds before we arrived. We only had our breakfasts there so we didn’t use the kitchen for our other meals. The owner, Jeff responded quickly to a question we had.
