We were looking for something close to mammoth cave and the listing stated 16 minute drive, we couldn’t find that route and it was more like 45 minutes. Maybe if we took the green river ferry but it was only open from 8-6."

"This house is in a very peaceful area. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the sunroom. Due to high water levels it was difficult to use the dock. Lost power, but it was restored quickly. Kitchen is nice and well-stocked. Pans are in rough shape. You definitely need to bring food to cook as there is no place close to eat out or get groceries. We enjoyed Nolin Lake State Park and Mammoth Cave State Park. Overall a nice stay."

"We chose to stay at this property compared to getting a hotel since we had other family going with us on our vacation. The home was clean upon arrival. There are some quirks, such as the hot and cold is backwards on most of the sinks and an outlet in the kitchen is sticking out from the wall. The amenities provided met all of our needs. Just note that the nearby grocery store closes early. I had tried to reach out to the property owners with questions originally through the Vrbo app, but...
