"O apartamento é reformado e estava em ótimas condições, tinha aquecimento e água quente, mas faltaram itens básicos na cozinha (forno, detergente, esponja, açúcar, sal...) e no banheiro (suporte para toalhas, para sabonete e xampu e não tinha tapete). Gastamos comprando coisas que a casa deveria oferecer, como tinha em Roma, Verona e Lisboa, locais por onde passei nesse período. As fotos da cozinha e banheiro do apartamento não aparecem no site."

"I stayed at Michele's property twice while in Italy and it was great. The kitchen supplies and coffee and tea provided were perfect for a multi day stay. I filled the fridge with snacks from the Pam Local (there are many nearby). The Padova locals were so welcoming and I loved staying in the heart of the University town. "

"This is a perfect place to stay in Venice. Away from the main crowds, a local neighborhood feel, offering good food options. The photos do not do the apartment justice. The owner has done an excellent job making sure you have everything you need, and goes out of her way to to take care of any needs. There was a boat and train strike when we were leaving, and she checked to make sure our train was not affected. Overall, a great host!"

"My husband and I stayed for five days in early May. It was convenient to travel from airport via by the Alilaguna Orange line to the Ca Rezzonico stop, then an easy walk to the apartment. "We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived at the apartment, however they were quickly addressed. Great location with some excellent eateries away from the tourist traps. A locals area which I found gave a better feel for Venice life. The apartment was well equipped and relatively easy to find with Google maps. You do have to navigate a few bridges to get to the accomodation, but that is the same with most of Venice. The owners provide plenty of information to make your trip to Venice...
