"We were so happy to return to the Grapetree! The staff is so friendly and supportive to your needs. Everyone greets you with a smile. "Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning."

"Had a great week in st Croix! The hotel on the cay was exactly as described in the reviews. Beautiful beach with beach bar and an excellent location next to the Christiansted boardwalk! The hotel is in disrepair and poorly maintained, which is why the nighty rates are low. If you can live with your room having issues (our AC went down), then it’s a great location at a discount."

"I liked how the property had a huge historical background. I also liked how it was a short walk to many shops and restraunts. The stairs only was a little tough, and the shower had some water pressure issues but it was expected for an old building."
