"Location is questionable but the unit was clean as can be, very spacious and perfect for a large group (10 people). There could be better pans and pots as well as more utensils but aside from that we enjoyed our stay."

"Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again."

"A Cozy Home away from home is exactly what this place is and Joshua is a wonderful host. We love this place and have plans on staying here again with several visits to Hamburg. It was our second time at the place and we will continue to come back when it is available for our travel plans. "

"The kitchen was amazing and was so nice to host my family a few nights and have the cooking space!! There was a list of things to do upon entering which was great (I’m a local but moved long time ago) The only downside was the beds. They are very hard and I had to lay on pillows for some sort of relief. It was very disappointing as we drove there and we’re out on adventures everyday and would have preferred to sleep in better comfort. "

"Beautiful duplex in a beautiful area. Big backyard. Kitchen had everything you need. Owner is very helpful and nice! My kids absolutely loved staying here! Will stay again in the future when we come back to visit family. "
