"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

"We stayed at this property July 10-18 this hotel was very quiet not anything going on. Just relax swim, gym or a peace of mind. The breakfast was included with our stay. Not sure if that’s for everyone. It was very close to the mall. We literally walked there every day. They kept running out of ice. It was pretty far from a lot of activities. So if you looking for do more activities just be mindful you will have to travel a little distance. Overall it was a good hotel. Would recommend for people...
"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. Rooms are modern and have everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel.
Food was good in general and the breakfast buffet in particular was very good with a a lot of variety from day to day.
Walking distance to the beach and also several free shuttle busses every day, both to the beach and an area with lots a shops and restaurants (the also have a popular night market there every Friday)

"Very good except for the Chinese oriented service. Breakfast should have more healthy options for Europeans. On the second day our bikes were stolen which is an unpleasent behavior from other guests. Spa is excellent and at the restaurant the waiters were so kind. The beach is not worth it and the location is too far to go to Phi Phi."
