Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). "Relaxing, lovely location a nice distance from town. The balcony views of the ocean were wonderful. The golf cart was a necessity and very handy. The pool was convenient and refreshing. The primary bedroom was perfect; the secondary bedroom was notably smaller and a bit stuffy in warm weather. There are several flights of stairs but they were manageable, even for older legs like ours. Overall everyone was very happy."

"Breathtaking views. The condo is a fantastic getaway. It feels like you are in a quaint foreign remote village. The property manager was incredibly responsive and offered many wonderful suggestions. The golf cart makes a perfect stay. Excellent WiFi and taking calls and meetings from the balcony made working on vacation not so bad. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind while packing. Our only complaint is the air mattress had a slow leak and did not hold air. That is an easy fix and...

Walkable to everything.There are stairs to the property but we did not feel this was a problem. I had read that the deck was down the steps and shared, which is true, but the family room has windows all around which we opened and we felt like we were on a deck while inside, so we never used the actual deck.There are tenants in...
