"Sunday‐Thursday stay with 2 of the days at Silverwood. Plenty close to downtown but a super quiet neighborhood close to the Freeway.Our kids loved the video games (we don't have at our) so our 12,11,9,6 year olds were just introduced to Super Mario and Sonic The Hedgehog. Grill was nice and easy to use. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. AC worked great.Would stay here again. "

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

"Loved this little cottage! It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is attractively furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire place is spotless. My little dog loved the big, fenced back yard. The resident white bunnies are fun to to watch. I’ll definitely be back."

It was so quiet and private, the sleeping arrangements were more than enough for my family of four adults, there was good cell reception (if you've been to CDA, you know this is not a given), Ava was so helpful with any questions we had, and the dock and beach for our boat was fantastic. It’s on a secluded little island with a private community with two private beaches. Everyone was very welcoming on island and we had a blast! We’d definitely stay here again. "The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."
