It`s introduced by an outdoor equipped space, the ideal area for lunch and dinner and it`s equipped with a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower.

The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area, television and air conditioning; a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette and the sleeping area, which consists of a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom with shower is equipped with washing machine.

The apartment is 500 meters away from the sea and within walking distance from amenities such as the seafront promenade, bars and restaurants and cultural spots such as the sancturary De Finibus Terrae, the lighthouse, the monumental waterfall, the villas and the beautiful caves which the guests can visit during a boat trip.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pets specific cleaning euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- House is on the basement floor.
- Air conditioner only in the living room.
