The house of 140 m² can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a games room with TV and two beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room.
Secure private parking. Sheets and towels included. Animals accepted on request.

Large living room with direct access to the park, fitted out with :
- A sitting area with sofas, coffee table, fireplace with insert. Firewood included.

- Kitchen open to the living room, equipped with: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine...

Outside :
- The house is situated in a very large, south-facing, enclosed park of 17 hectares with magnificent trees, a swimming pool, a clay tennis court, a trampoline, swings, a table tennis table, a petanque area. Cycling in the park or jogging is possible. The park is shared with the owner and is criss-crossed with wide tree-lined paths, enclosed by walls or a communal path.
- Large landscaped courtyard with dining table, parasol.
- Magnificent private swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, surrounded by a standardised synthetic fence with a child-proof opening. The pool can be covered with a heated cover, which makes it usable from May to mid-October depending on the year.
- Secure private parking outside with a gate closed day and night with remote control opening. Possibility to park up to 6 cars.

- Large shady park located in the countryside surrounded by fields and vineyards, not far from essential shops and 25 minutes from the Mediterranean
- In Castries : Butcher, bakers, grocer, small supermarket, hairdresser, tobacconist, cheesemonger, restaurants, bars, garages, pharmacy, banks, materials shop

- In the park: cycling, jogging, petanque, tennis (except in frosty periods), swimming pool in season
- 5 minutes walk to the horse riding club
- 10 minutes by car: accrobranche, indoor swimming pool

- Visits: Castle of Castries, visit of the city of Montpellier, its gardens, the Fabre museum, Sommières and its picturesque market, Nîmes and its Roman monuments, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, Anduze and its bamboo plantation, St Guilhem le désert, the Camargue.
