The apartment includes the entire first floor of Nonna Carlotta's house (about 100sqm) and is accessed from the private terrace with panoramic views and a wrought iron table with a glass top. Inside a large space with kitchen area, dining area. Next you enter a room with sofa bed and fireplace. From a corridor you reach the two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath) and the two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds. From the terrace, a staircase leads to the garden and then to the swimming pool.
La Casa di Nonna Carlotta, surrounded by greenery, welcomes you with a large private parking and a large garden, the swimming pool (10 x 4 m; 1.40 m deep), the whirlpool, children's games, the laundry, barbecue, free WI: FI, bed linen and towels.
Nonna Carlotta's house, facing south west and overlooking the valley with an open view of the Ligurian Sea to the Maritime Alps and the west coast, is located at the beginning of the characteristic ancient village of Velva, in a quiet position. You can reach it, exiting the highway in Sestri Levante, going up the Petronio Valley for 15 km with its terraced hills planted with olive trees and Ligurian gardens.
