"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr kurvenreich (ca.15-20 min.) von Varazze aus. Der Gastgeber Marcell ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Küche läßt sich gut kochen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und über einen Kaminofen gut zu heizen. Das Badezimmer ist groß und im Schlaf-zimmer mit Doppelbett schläft man sehr gut. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für ein Ehepaar mit ein bis zwei Kindern (aber man denke an die vielen Kurven zum Hoch- und Runterfahren).Uns hat es rundum sehr gut gefallen. "

"We really enjoyed the host and the family at the location. They are super and really take care of you. The restaurant is really cosy and has great food. They really know how to prepare nice plates and combine this with good wine. The apartment was less. The electronic equipment didn’t work and the roof was completely damaged. It didn’t rain a lot but when it did the apartment flooded. When the apartment has repairs it’s the best. "
