"We absolutely loved this place. The cabin itself is very cute and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. There are train tracks nearby and our young son absolutely LOVED watching the trains from the front window. After seeing the back area and the river itself I really wish I had brought my fishing gear. We will most definitely be back!"

"Love the look of the stone building. We just stayed one night on our way to Portland. Had good meal at Dunsmuir Brewery Works which has an outdoor eating space where we could bring our dog. It is an easy walk out the back gate to the brewery. Fold out couch is comfortable for a fold out couch, wasn’t bothered by metal bars like on some. Water bed is more comfortable. Although house is across the street from train station so there is noise from the trains. "

"Such a relaxing mountain retreat. Very comfortable vacation home. Ten-minute drive to Bridge Bay Marina on Lake Shasta. Swamp cooler works great. Nice appliances. "

"Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point."

"The property was just as described. A wonderful little home away from home. It is more like a smaller one-bedroom than a studio . Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Lindsey, the property manager, was very attentive for any needs we might have had. If we are ever in this area again this is our first choice, and the price was very affordable for us seniors."

"We LOVED this property, the ranch house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Our host Bill was great, he had great suggestions for activities and sight seeing. We enjoyed watching the 2 horses and the cattle meandering in the meadows just outside the ranch house. My wife and I with our 2 beagles spent 5 great days here, much of our time was spent on the ranch hiking and exploring the meadows, creeks, ponds and forests FANTASTIC VIEWS in every direction. "It was a good spot for our 2 grandsons, especially the bumper pool and outdoor swing. My husband and I loved sitting in the backyard in the evening - lawn furniture was nice.
