"The stay was fine but the property was up a steep rocky driveway which I wasn’t expecting and when we checked in, the front door was left open with all the lights on, and the house smelled of smoke. I thought I accidentally walked into the wrong house because I’ve never checked into a property where it seemed like there was someone already in the house. I didn’t feel safe until we looked through all the rooms and made sure the door was locked . "

"We loved our stay in Ohiopyle. The rental unit was great and right in downtown Ohiopyle. The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. We enjoyed spending mornings sitting on the deck drinking coffee. Having a laundromat less than 50 yards away was an added bonus. The bed, sheets and pillows were very comfy. And having the jacuzzi tub to soak in was perfect after a day of hiking."

"We stayed at the cabin during a heat wave. I can't tell you how pleasurable it was. The AC in the cabin worked well. But honestly, we spent most of our time on the porch. Despite the excess heat, the porch was pleasant and private. The entire cabin felt very comfortable and homey."

" This house is even more amazing in person! I rented the Hobbit House for a mini getaway and birthday escape for my boyfriend, and it was perfect. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a cozy cabin feel, stone flooring, a beautiful bathroom sink, a mini kitchen, a hot tub, and a fire pit outside. The property is maintained by the wonderful team at Ohiopyle Rentals, and a special shoutout to the maintenance staff I had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. The grounds are impeccably kept. "The cabin is an A+. Very clean. Comfy beds and furniture. Front porch with rocking chairs for relaxing mornings sipping coffee. Wonderful hot tub and fire pit area. The cabin is private but is fairly close to a couple houses. So, there isn’t a lot of exploring to do at the cabin, but we did enjoy hiking Ohiopyle state park (15 min drive). Overall, a great stay. "
