"Amazing apartment just a few minutes walk to the gate of lucca. Massimo was a wonderful and helpful host. Parking inside the property meant we didnt have to worry about finding a spot etc. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed in late fall / early winter and the power cost was approximately $15 per day for heat etc. So please budget this in your cost. Very comfortable and elegant property. "

"Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and...

"Die Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet. Sämtliche Fotos sind ziemlich genau getroffen. Die Lage der Wohnung auf dem Gelände nahezu perfekt. Direkt am Pool - durch die tiefere Lage des Pools dennoch sehr ruhig. Man hat von der Terrasse und der Küche einen wunderbaren Blick über Lucca. Das Gelände an sich ist durch die Lage am Berg aber nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Was unserem 10-tägigen Aufenthalt dort aber überhaupt keinen Abbruch tat. Leider ist nicht ganz klar, inwieweit spielende...

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

Zu viert in dem Haus muss man sich aber schon mögen, der Platz wird dann etwas eng, für zwei ist es optimal. Wunderschönes Areal rund ums Haus, für die Anfahrt sollte man jedoch kein Fahranfänger sein. Massimo, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Wer Ruhe, einen tollen Ausblick und Privatsphäre sucht, wird hier fündig."

"Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"
