There was plenty of room for family meals and quiet spaces that allowed a bit of privacy/downtime for couples in between events. The kitchen was massive and so well thought out that two cooks could prepare their entire menu without bumping into one another. Location was perfect and was a 15 - 20 minute drive to everywhere on our list to visit (Cherokee, Silva, Dillsboro, & Bryson city) and an hour to Gatlinburg.
