"Remote is an understatement. This cabin sits on a very scenic part of the Deerborn River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the heads up we received about getting to the location. And no cell service or internet made the sty even better. Can’t wait to return."

"We had a fantastic week. Arrived in very cool wet weather..warmer as the week went on. Loved having the drift boat to use… I loved being able to fish from the back yard and wade the river. Sitting out on the lawn watching everyone enjoy family fun on the river was great. House had plenty of room…TV worked great for the folks who were baseball fans. "Our fishing party of six really enjoyed our recent stay- everything was as advertised. Great location We utilized the outdoor kitchen every night and the sauna was a treat after a cold wet day on the river. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"Great place to stay. Stayed here for our annual fishing trip on the Mo. Great location being close to Craig. We had to change dates due to rescheduling of our guide and Katie was great in accomodating this. Nice little outdoor area outside the front door to enjoy some beverages after fishing all day. "The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property."

"We stayed here with our children for a basketball tournament. Beautiful open space, large area to hang with kids. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, high and showers, everything you would need in a kitchen to make a large family meal. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again."
