"The apartment is very well located, at the entrance of Estepona, in a quiet location. It has a fenced parking lot with plenty of shade. The urbanization is quite safe and the neighbours friendly. It is a 15 min walk from a Mercadona, Aldi and Burger King (5min drive). The apartment was completely renovated, and is very modern and comfortable. "The property was great and exactly as described. Very clean with all amenities you would need. A short 15 minute walk to downtown Marbella, as the complex is right on the promenade along the sea with bars and restaurants. We really liked being away from the downtown business! Great patio in the unit with easy access to the pool. I would definitely recommend. "

The apartment itself was wonderful, clean and spacious and very modern with lovely views of the ocean. Huge patio to enjoy the evenings on.
