1 bedroom with double mattress and TV to which (if necessary, by prior arrangement + supplement) you can add a cot
1 double room which (if necessary) can become a double by joining the beds and to which (if necessary, by prior arrangement + supplement) a cot can be added.
1 Laundry room equipped with pilozza washing machine and drying rack)
2 balconies with table and chairs where you can also have lunch or dinner outdoors.
The attic is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area, mosquito nets and free standing fans in each of the rooms and is equipped with TV, WIFI and alarm and video surveillance system.
You will find at your disposal numerous books and guidebooks which will help you to reach and discover the most beautiful places in Salento, museums, archaeological sites, cathedrals, historic centers, etc.

Outside: Villetta dei Cocus is surrounded by greenery and is the ideal place for those who love to spend a pleasant holiday in contact with nature and relaxing without having to give up on comforts. The large garden with lawn and games for children, a multitude of Mediterranean plants, and an imposing equipped wood-burning oven, where you can cook delicious pizzas and succulent grills to be consumed under the large gazebo, are the side dish.
In the summer months it is possible to use (in common with the owners) the small above ground swimming pool set up in the garden.
Villetta dei Cocus is completely fenced and lit throughout the night, it is equipped with an automated entrance gate and its own uncovered parking space.
On request it is possible to book guided tours in the Salento hinterland, visit the astronomical park S. Lorenzo and organize boat trips to discover the most suggestive caves where the two seas meet.
Villetta dei Cocus is located in Casarano, a town of 20,000 inhabitants in the Salento hinterland just 12 km from the beaches of Riva di Ugento; it is located in a strategic position as it is in the center of many tourist resorts and places of historical, artistic and cultural interest, that is: 15 min. from Gallipoli and from the shore of Ugento, 25 min. from S. Maria di Leuca, 30 min. from Otranto, 30 min. from S. Cesarea Terme, 25 min. from Lecce (Baroque city) and many other famous places. During your stay you can admire the historic centers of many countries and taste the typical products and dishes of Salento.
