The Space:

The house boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, including two with private bathrooms, while a shared bathroom serves the third bedroom. All bathrooms come equipped with hot water to ensure a soothing and pleasant experience.
Step into the main room located on the second floor, a spacious 20 m² haven featuring a luxurious king bed and an additional mattress option for extra guests. It also includes a private bathroom and an impressive 120-inch smart projector, ideal for creating unforgettable movie nights. The second bedroom also on the second floor offers two single beds, with the flexibility of a trundle bed or mattress on the floor. This room features its own private bathroom and an ultra-slim 55-inch smart TV adorned with mirrored artwork. The third bedroom charms with a queen bed and high-tech amenities, including a 43-inch swivel smart TV that rotates both horizontally and vertically, complemented by high-definition sound. For shared comfort, this room utilizes a shared bathroom.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Beach Club), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 70 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 7 am - 6 pm, also you can access the beach club.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.
Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver
Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.
IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
