"Simple and at ease from check in! So glad i found this property for our half way stop back to Illinois. The beds were so comfy, kid and dog friendly, no clutter, great water pressure. We felt at home! We stayed with our dog, 2 and 4 year old kiddos, their grandmother and my husband and myself and we had plenty of room! The back yard was so nice for our pup after a long drive. Would easily choose to stay here again, thank you for a great VRBO! "

"Our family stayed here for a night on our way further south for the holidays. We were a little concerned because of other reviews that it might be a bit cold overnight for the older generation, but that certainly was not the case. Space heaters were available and very much not needed! The furnace did it's job beautifully. The front porch was a really wonderful feature of the home and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. We also had dogs with us and the fenced in yard was amazing to have....

"We greatly enjoyed staying at Royal retreat townhouse the condo is fully updated. It is clean with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The townhouse is conveniently located near grocery store and city park. Highly recommend this unit."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! It was the perfect getaway—warm, inviting, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The cabin was clean and the comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The location was peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a charming, comfortable setting for the entire family (fur babies included)!"

"After booking a rental through VRBO almost a month ago. We were cancelled 3 days before we were supposed to make our trip. This home was to the rescue. It was nicely set up. We spent more time on the football field. It was about 13 minutes from the sports complex. For an even such as this we would return. The communication was good also."
