It is a modern villa with pool, near the natural oasis of Torre Guaceto and a few km far from Torre Specchiolla and the most beautiful sandy beaches in High Salento.
The minimal style of the exteriors brings out the surrounding century-old olive grove: the result is a relaxing view on the countryside and the sea.

The villa is a 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom house for a total of 8 bed accommodations.
 
The 2 independent apartments
The house consists of two specular apartments:
- the first with living room and kitchenette, master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower;
- the second with living room and kitchenette, master bedroom, triple bedroom (pictures to be updated: one double bed and one single bed) and bathroom with shower.
 
The house is equipped with every modern comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, LCD television with satellite decoder.
 
The position
The closest beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla are only 2 km far, which you can reach by bicycle (thanks to the bicycle path that leads to the beaches). We recommend the natural oasis of Torre Guaceto.
 
 
Excursions, by bicycle or tram, sailing school and diving school are also provided for the guests. The villa is a few minutes’ drive from the most known art heritage cities of Brindisi and the medieval burgs of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, known also for their wine and food tradition.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 96 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Villa Sofia shares the outer gate and avenue with Villa Karma, however both villas maintain their privacy. 
- For large groups: to consider the possibility of renting Villa Sofia together with Villa Karma.
- Air Conditioning is in every bedooms except for the room with the yellow chair as a bedside table (but there is a split in the corridor that leads to the bedroom and a fan available).
