"Our group had a great stay here, the home is more beautiful than the pictures. Watkins Glen was only ~20 minutes away. We didn't get the chance to go down to the lake but the view was great. The deck had plenty of space and we liked the fire pit. The host instructions were clear and responsive. Thank you for.a wonderful stay!"

"We had a wonderful time! House was just what we wanted. Loved that we were could go out for some day trip activities and come back and relax. Very cozy, and welcoming home. We played some of the games and just relaxed. Lots of restaurants near by. "

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

We stayed here as a family supporting a cousins graduation and we're so impressed with the set up of the house , how many amenities it had to offer, and the absolutely beautiful view of the lake! It is such a cozy house and is Everything you need to cook and enjoy a stay away from home! Though it looks modest outside the house, it is huge and can hold so many guests. It is a beautiful property and we hope to stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake! "

"Everything at the condo was perfect for our family reunion. Condo 21G was very modern and comfortable. We have a family condo at the mountain but this enabled everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep and relax. Most everyone skied at least one day and hiked one day. "Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. "

"Comfortable & scenic. "

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"Beautiful, spacious home with a modern country feel. Plenty of room to spread out and table space to gather around. Wood fireplace kept us cozy during a very cold, snowy weekend. Mitch plowed and shoveled the driveway several times for us. They provided every amenity that we needed to prepare our meals, I look forward to going back!!"

"Our stay was wonderful! House was immaculate. The only tough thing to get used to was the sulfur smell from the water but that is to expected with a lakehouse. A beautiful spot. "

"Our family gathered to celebrate a 30th birthday for a member who lived nearby. It's a great place to spread out and dine or play games around the large table. Beds were very comfortable. "

"…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in...

"The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!"
