"The property was so nice! Everything was just as it looked online. Condo was so clean and neat. The only downfall was the entrance to the beach was a 8 ft drop off because of beach erosion. We will stay again! "

"We really enjoyed this rental. Lots of things sometimes not found in other rentals such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper - which was very thoughful. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. Easy and private beach access definitely a plus. Overall we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely look to rent this property again."

"As advertised, we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked. The check-in was easy and check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. For us parking was easy, right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds. "The condo and stay was awesome. It's so close to the ocean that you can almost feel the spray at high tide. Was treated to a "Super Moon" that rose just off the 2nd floor balcony. Also so appreciative of the host who had my back when I messed up the key code. He got right back to me with the correct code! : )"

"Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again."

"Wonderful place to stay if relaxing is on the agenda. We (three 50+ adults) greatly enjoyed the spacious front porch with doggie gate as we hung out with our rescue beagle reading and doing crossword puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many extras! Host had lots of beach accessories that we used to enjoy two days at the beach. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Definitely recommend this space!"

"The property is exactly as described and just a quick walk to the beach, which is a bigger deal in this area than some. ALL beach parking when you are not staying right on the beach requires a $35 a day parking just to use the public access, so being just right there was a bigger advantage than we even knew.
