4 Bedroom Townhome 1 Block from Beach

For your next vacation in Carolina Beach, try "Pass", this four-bedroom, three-bath townhome with partial ocean views. This beautiful townhome is only one block away from public beach access.

The ground level has a carport that will accommodate up to three cars and complete with an outside shower. The main level features one bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that leads out to a covered deck with ocean views. The second level has the primary suite that also has a private deck with ocean views, a Queen bed, large walk-in closet, and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, one bedroom with a Queen and one with two Twin beds. The Living Room TV is hooked to Roku, the downstairs bedroom has a TV with a DVD player only, no cable or streaming., The upstairs primary bedroom has a TV with an antenna for local stations, and one other bedroom has a smart TV for streaming. You won't want to "Pass" this well-appointed property up! **As of March 2022, the property has been upfitted with new LVP flooring throughout! Updated pictures to come.**

No grill and no Cable TV.

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Exceeded expectations. Spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with plenty of parking space. Walking distance to the beach and the tiki bar. 2 balconies, one off the master suite and another off the living room. Bryant Real Estate was easy to work with. Would recommend!

Great Vacation
The Carolina Beach vacation was great! My family and I had a great stay at the house we booked. We were able to make wonderful memories trying new restaurants, the escape room, and several of us got to witness the hatching of sea turtles. Thank you for providing a pet friendly home. Our little chihuahua got plenty of exercise.

This company provides awesome service!
Actually you guys, the house is everything that is in the ad and more. The company is very thorough and kind, they respond quickly to address any issues and we def would like to work with them in the future. We booked this home for our roofing crew of (8) men because it was enough roof for the guys. Unfortunately when you are doing construction and you have crew members that dont follow rules, there will be a few issues. Something’s did arise after the stay but we worked it out. We have nothing but awesome things to say about the service and home they provided.

Maintenance needs interfered with stay
We had issues with the heat…inside temp was 66 degrees and dropping while it was freezing temps outside and we were told “it’s just how these systems work when it is so cold outside.” It was FREEZING in the house the next morning, and we had to have the HVAC guy come out and then a second visit by the maintenance guy to check as it was not warming up inside. It took over 24 hours from our arrival for the heat to reach and maintain a reasonable temperature inside the house. Second maintenance issue was the dishwasher. We were informed ahead of time that it was not working and would be replaced on Tuesday following our Sunday arrival. No problem, except that there was a miscommunication and the maintenance guy was only aware of a drop off of the dishwasher, not installation, so that had to be rescheduled. Again, not a huge issue, but since we brought our dog along, we had to reschedule (and cancel) some plans during our trip to accommodate this process. Overall, the house and location were great and aside from the maintenance issues that affected comfort for the first 2 days and required rescheduling of things the third day, I have no complaints.

The home was very spacious & clean when we first arrived. We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It's really close to the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was really quiet. The carport area was really dark at night. We searched for a light switch which we didn't find. Which makes it difficult to see if you have smaller kids or grocery bags that have to be carried up the stairs. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The bedding in the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs back bedroom could be cleaned or updated. There were spots on the comforters that made me think they had not been cleaned. The linen packages were a little dingy looking as well. The couches as previously mentioned in a previous review did have dirty spots on them. And the table mats on the dining table have an odor. Besides those few issues we really enjoyed ourselves and the home .

Great location and enjoyable visit
This was our first visit to Carolina Beach. The location was perfect, being one block from the beach was nice to limit road noise and traffic problems but close enough to walk to the beach access with small kids and beach necessities. The property was nice and exactly as described. As I saw mentioned in a review, the couch does have some stains and the carpet is in need of cleaning in some high traffic areas. We never cooked at the house but did use the convenient location for quick trips to get take out and eat at the house. We were a family of 4 and found this house very spacious with comfortable indoor and outdoor locations to relax. Check-in was easy and the App provided helpful information.

Property manager ignored us
While the house was very clean and well furnished, we did not have any AC from Saturday afternoon til the time we left on Sunday at 2pm. We left messages for Bryant , but they never returned our calls and emails. Never offered any apology .
