The Space:
This 2nd-floor unit boasts amazing lake views and the relaxing sounds of the Carolina Beach surf.
Out on the master bedroom balcony, you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the lake.
Tile and hardwood floors with throw rugs are throughout the space.
There is a large living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV. So bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords with you!
The kitchen is ample and well-equipped with a bar that seats 3 and a dining table that seats 4.
1 queen bedroom, bunk bed room, and queen sofa bed in common area allow the home to sleep a total of 6.
The large attached deck also gives you a peak of the ocean between the homes in front of you.

Amazing restaurants are EVERYWHERE! (we're happy to recommend).

Getting Around:
Walk across the street to Carolina Beach Lake with paddleboats, and a weekly Farmer's Market on Saturdays! The beach is just a few steps away, and you can find many fun a flavorful restaurants nearby such as Hang Ten Grill, The Dive, Fork & Cork and Shuckin Shak Oyster Bar.

Other Things to Note:
The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only 1/4 a mile away. The Lake park is right across the street!

*Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected**
Here's a review you could write for VRBO based on your experience: --- * Our stay at this VRBO property was filled with issues from start to finish. Originally, we booked a rental, but it was changed at the last minute because the washer machine was broken. The replacement property was smaller than what we’d expected, and there weren’t enough chairs for everyone in our party. To make matters worse, the new rental had been double-booked. New guests showed up and tried to get into our unit, which caused a lot of confusion and fear. This was especially unsettling as it scared my entire family, and we couldn’t sleep properly the whole time, constantly worried about what might happen next. Additionally, the property had several maintenance problems: the balcony door didn’t lock, the freezer wasn’t working, and there was no coffee or sugar available, which we would have expected in a rental. Overall, this was a very stressful experience, and it left us feeling unsafe and unprepared. I would not recommend this property to others and will be hesitant to use VRBO again after this. --- This review outlines the issues you faced while clearly expressing your dissatisfaction. Great Location but Sparse Accommodations
100% the location of this condo is fantastic - directly across the street from the lake with an unobstructed view and a very short walk to the beach access. Note the beach access has lots of stairs (and this is a 2nd floor condo) - so FYI for beach wagons, etc. I appreciated the blackout curtains throughout - especially during the summer, I know that would be helpful. Despite the great location, the accommodations were a bit lacking - we had a family of 4 and were provided exactly 4 bath towels...no extras to be found. The kitchen is not "ample" or well stocked in terms of cookware- as the listing states. We were there during the winter and there is not an extra blanket in the entire condo - and the heat was not even distributed so the master bedroom was very chilly. The hot water had a very strong sulfur smell, but this did get better by the second day. Finally, the couch is very small and worn down - uncomfortable and poor quality, and the TV (as stated in the listing) is only streaming - but fighting with the TV is the last thing we want to deal with when vacationing with kids. This unit was fine for a last minute 2-night getaway, and would be great for folks just needed a place to sleep, but not somewhere I would want to stay for much longer than that.

Outstanding Apartment Right on the Beach
This property is in a great location right on the beach and next to Lake Carolina Beach. The location a 2 minute walk from the beach with provided showers, walking distance to the CB boardwalk, make this awesome for a family weekend or week. Check in and check out we’re easy with the provided key access code. All items advertised for use in the apartment were stocked (TP, initial trashbags, dishsoap) and even some that weren’t (stock of common condiments, laundry tabs, coffee grounds/filters). Will 100% look for this property in the future when traveling to the area.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get much rest between the apartment upstairs and the one Next-door. They were apparently all drunk and arguing until 2:30am the police had to be called it got that bad… the police came and left afterwards they calmed down and we were able to get some sleep. The cleanliness was not up to par, the front door was dirty as though it was never wiped down, the antibacterial hand soaps in the bottles were all watered down, the microwave face was missing and the blue couch was dingy and dirty. Not a fan of the location of the spare shower at all, so I didn’t use it…unfortunately I would not go back after that experience. The location was great very short walk to the beach, parking was good. Balcony was nice.

Summer Beach Trip
This was our first time to Carolina Beach. We have routinely been Gulf Coast Beach goers. The location of the condo to the beach access was awesome. Loved that everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back again.

Too many inconveniences.
The property was spacious and cozy. The place could've used an upgrade. The refrigerator door was broken, had to lift the door up to secure it close. The washing machine broke the first time we used it after being there 3 days. The microwave above the oven had miising parts and tape. Water pressure in master bedroom shower wasnt good at all. It just trickled down. The AC broke at 10pm on the 4 day we were there. BRIAN was quick to answer my call that late and made arrangements to stay at another prooerty for the night til the AC worked. BRIAN was good about bringing towels and other items needed quick because rhe place was set for 3 people and we were a group of 6. Due to the many inconveniences we still enjoyes our stay and the beach

It was a great place to hang with the family. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to everything fun, eating, and hang out. The beach house was stocked with everything needed to be clean and cook with. Note: just make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. We absolutely loved the place. We would totally go there again for a family vacation.

Well maintained, nicely equipped, very good location. Needs much better interior lighting in all areas but the kitchen. Hallway shower is very slippery and has no grab bar. TV remote is incomprehensible and there are no directions to help.

Amazing location
Super close to the beach, right across from a lake that had some super cool pop up vendors. You could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors said and did, but there were kids both above and below us so I'm sure that didn't help. The spot overall was cute, had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Would 100% book again.

Quick getaway
We had a quick getaway to Carolina Beach and stayed at this adorable condo. The convenience to the beach and downtown Carolina Beach was perfect. We were able to walk to several different restaurants and the boardwalk with ease. The check in process was disorganized, as we didn’t have any instructions until I reached out to the company an hour before we could check in. I had emailed and received a response that I was supposed to fill something out and a week before the check in we would receive the necessary info. We booked within a week of our trip so this never happened. The company did reach out to me via text message after I left a voicemail, with the necessary info to check in. My only other issue with this place was the master bedroom was MUCH warmer than the rest of the house. To combat this we made sure to leave both the bedroom and bathroom door to help the airflow. Between that, the fan and cranking down the AC quite a bit, we were able to sleep with just a sheet and be fairly comfortable. The other room and remainder of the house was much more comfortable. The place was adorable and clean.

A mess!
The place was nice but it stated it was a 3 bdrm and it’s actually a 2bdrm was the first problem. Then the washer and dryer didn’t work. We couldn’t find the tv remote and toilet was clogged so we had to wait until Monday for the toilet to get fixed and the next day for a remote. The manager never called me back to discuss why it says it’s a 3 bdrm and on Vrbo because I would have booked something cheaper had I known it was a 2bdrm.

Condo failure
The only saving grace for this condo was it was close to the beach! I’m extremely disappointed in VRBO in allowing this condo on your website. The condo needs a total makeover. There was old food in the couch when we needed to use it for the bed. The kitchen was so poorly stocked with utensils I had to buy items from the grocery. One positive note, the maintenance people were quick to respond to our needs. The TV in the bedroom worked less then half the time. The bathtub had patches on the wall. Definitely not a 5 star rating as advertised. Carolina beach was a nice place just not impressed at all with the condo. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!!
