Location:
Carnelian Bay is a small town in the middle of Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and central to activities around the Lake. The famous Gar Woods restaurant is located in the heart of Carnelian Bay and offers a beautiful view and public pier. Next door, Patton Beach has beach activity options. In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and more are less than a half hour drive.
Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home for 3 cars MAX. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 5 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
