This sophisticated home is located just blocks from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, with easy access to surrounding areas like Carmel Valley, Big Sur, the Monterey Peninsula and beyond. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood and situated on a corner lot, this well-equipped home is your perfect home base for exploring California's central coast and attending special events like the Carmel Bach Festival and Monterey Car Week. Golfers, shoppers, hikers, foodies and families alike will enjoy the sheer variety of adventuresome options the area has to offer.

Living Spaces
This is a 1,662 sf single-level home with in-floor radiant heating throughout.
Comfortable seating and an inset gas fireplace in the stylish living room offer the perfect space to relax when you come in from the day's adventures. The Smart TV has streaming options and XFinity cable service.
The detached garage makes a great get-away-from-it-all office space and is equipped with a desk and chair placed on an area rug and a space heater is provided for cool days. (The garage is not available for parking.) Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals when dining in and when you want to dine out, a bevy of world-class options can be found nearby. Solid countertops, stunning light fixtures and elegant finishes adorn the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include a 5-burner gas stove top, wall oven and built-in microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator. A large peninsula with stools offers space for casual dining in addition to the adjacent dining table.
A propane BBQ grill is located on the enclosed side patio where the outdoor dining table has a built-in gas fire feature.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower and dual sinks. This bedroom has direct access to an intimate patio with outdoor seating.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a small desk and desk chair, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub with tile surround.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed.
The third full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and has a standing tiled shower.
All three bedrooms have TVs with XFinity cable service and streaming options.

One dedicated parking space in the driveway and there is often space for parking directly in front of the home on the street. Other street parking near the house is very limited on this narrow, quiet street so we recommend only one-two vehicles for this home.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
