"Location of this house is phenomenal!! Path and beach directly across the street! Couple of issues with the house: couldn’t use gas fireplace as there was a bad odor that did not dissipate, broken children’s toy found under the sheets on one bed, a used earplug found in floor under bed in bedroom, film on front windows is deteriorating, altering view. "Vincent's property is probably one of the best we've ever stayed at! It is clean and spacious (more spacious than the pictures depict!). The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and bakeware if one wants to cook. I personally appreciate a full set of dishes for 10 people.The sheets and towels are soft, and the beds are comfortable! The only minor criticism is the weak water pressure.The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood just 15 minutes away from Monterey....

"We spent three nights here. Fabulous place! Great location near downtown PG and Lovers Point area. Gas fireplace really kicked out the heat. Nice flat screen TV-we watched the Super Bowl. Direct gas line for the Weber grill worked well. We did not use the dry sauna but did use the hot tub quite a bit. The crows nest up on the roof was incredible. "The views are wonderful! As stated, the home is only a few seconds from the beach. We have stayed in this area previously and this home has been the best. There are several upgrades which were greatly appreciated. Most important for me was Starlink WiFi! While I don't know much about Lululemon Studio / Mirror, our daughter was very excited and had a wonderful workout. When returning to the Monterey area, this is certainly a home we will return to! "

"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
