"We love coming here. We always get a room with a kitchen and it’s fully stocked with good quality kitchen wares. The beach is a like 5-10 minute walk and you can borrow beach chairs, towels, wagon, and sand toys. There’s plenty to keep us busy with the beach, pool, mini golf, gym, and arcade. There is construction going on around the property and we could hear the noise from it during the day but it wasn’t bad and it didn’t start too early. Parking is a breeze. And the price is great. "My adult family of 5 stayed for the week and it was the perfect location and home for our son's wedding in the area. Vigiluccis is on the same block and is an excellent restaurant. It is close to Carlsbad Village shops and eating establishments. Try 264 Fresco too. The owners are close and were very accomodating. We absolutley loved our stay and highly recommend. "This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. We absolutely love the location and the view! The condo works out perfect for our family. It's walkable to so many shops, restaurants and fun things to do! It looks like they may have painted the unit, added some decor and fixed it up a bit from last time. We'll stay again next time! "We loved the location. Half a block to the beach/promenade, walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants. We took the Coaster to downtown San Diego. We could have gotten off at any of the stops in between there and Carlsbad to explore instead of dealing with parking. Short drive to Oceanside and other towns. Garage, washer/dryer were a big plus. We actually were able to extend our stay by four days. Rene got back to us quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend Unit C. Thank you Rene....

"Location is fantastic. Quaint condo with very easy access to the beach. We truly appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, ice-chest… Everything we needed for a comfortable stay on the beach. Electric charging for my car was a bonus! The house is small yet cozy, perfectly reflected in the pictures, and is cute with original details. I would recommend and stay again. "

"This property is very clean and is has easy access to the beaches, Carlsbad village and Legoland. The home is well appointed, and very comfortable, especially the backyard with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit areas. The outdoor area is the highlight of the home. It is awesome. Keep in mind the bedrooms are on the second floor, so there are steps to climb to access, nothing major though. Found no instructions on how and where to turn on the jets for the hot tub, also lacked kitchen staples...

"It has a nice view of the ocean from the second floor. I wish the back outdoor area had a garden hose so I could have sprayed down the table and chairs and ground from the bird poop. We would have liked to sit out there. Overall, we had a nice time and it was walkable to a good surfing beach."
